Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain nutritional care plans for residents, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Plan and monitor continuing care residents' nutritional programs, including meal planning and menu development.
- Supervise the overall efficiency of the dining room, room service operations, and staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the supervision, evaluation, training, and disciplining of dining staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide nutritional in-service education to staff and residents, promoting healthy eating habits and nutrition awareness.
- Competitive hourly rate of $39.00

- Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays
