Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Salem OR store. As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Support the sales floor team, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and answering customer questions
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities, including setting up displays and processing inventory shipments
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
