Concierge Job Description

The Bungalows at Branson Meadows is seeking a highly skilled Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors, guests, and residents by extending a warm welcome, offering beverages, and providing community information.
  • Communication: Manage incoming calls, take messages, and communicate with residents, families, and visitors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Engagement: Assist the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director in marketing and sales efforts by providing community information and supporting recruitment processes.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with computer data entry, monitor the Bistro area, and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Proven customer service experience and skills, with knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.
