We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our Party City team in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
  • Execute best-in-class sales and service strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Master all Balloon & OMNI channel service platforms, including in-store pickup, delivery, curbside pickup, and others
  • Manage and plan daily and weekly workload to deliver on store sales goals and customer engagement
  • Assist Store Team Leader and Leads in supporting onboarding and mentoring to new Team Members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs daily
  • Ability to climb ladders to re-stock and obtain merchandise for customers
  • Ability to ring transactions on a register
  • Ability to utilize helium system to fulfill customer orders
