Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis capacity, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, variance analysis, and manufacturing accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Demonstrated ability to generate accurate monthly financial reports.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with the skill to interpret large volumes of data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
