Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to achieve desired product availability and customer service levels
- Manage and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate representation of capacity in our systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities
- Resolve any issues that may arise, including inventory discrepancies and supply chain disruptions
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in production planning, inventory control, and logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive process improvements
- APICS certification and experience with SAP ECC and APO systems a plus
