We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaning Professional to join our team at Molly Maid. As a housekeeper, you will have the opportunity to work with different types of people, enjoy a variety of work environments, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process to delight every customer.
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely, if assigned as a team lead.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the necessary housekeeping supplies.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm.
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.
Benefits

We offer a stable and consistent working schedule, all cleaning supplies, training, appointments, a housekeeper uniform, and a company car while you work. You will also have the opportunity to advance and earn a guaranteed minimum wage of $13.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $500.00 per week, paid weekly.
