  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Service and Sales teams.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting, as well as basic inventory control.
  • Proven background in service, sales, or business ownership, with a strong understanding of profitability, customer service, sales, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience as a manager at this level, with the ability to manage employees and processes.
  • Extensive sales experience in Power Generation, preferably in a management role.
