- Examine financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Service and Sales teams.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting, as well as basic inventory control.
- Proven background in service, sales, or business ownership, with a strong understanding of profitability, customer service, sales, and marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience as a manager at this level, with the ability to manage employees and processes.
- Extensive sales experience in Power Generation, preferably in a management role.
