Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at ECU Health North Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing diagnostic patient care services using CT and related diagnostic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them for optimal image capture
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Current ARRT (CT) registry
  • 8 years of experience as a CT Technologist
