About the Team

In this role, you will drive large-scale complex initiatives across both Partnerships Consumer (B2B2C) and Commercial (B2B2B) portfolios which includes Partnerships Consumer Acquisitions replatforming and Partnerships Commercial (Trade Credit) modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical program management to deliver on critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle.
- Pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team by leveraging industry knowledge and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs
- Strong technical backgrounds with ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills
- Quantitative approach to problem-solving and collaborative implementer to holistic solutions
- Ability to simplify technically complex and drive well-educated decisions
Salary and Benefits
This role is eligible for a minimum salary of $185,600 per annum, based on location in Illinois (Hybrid On-Site). In addition to a competitive salary, you will also have access to performance-based incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
