About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Cherokee Town & Country Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that our members and guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and repaired.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and meet the needs of our members and guests.
  • Ensure that all facilities are compliant with safety regulations and codes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in facilities management, preferably in a private club or luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
