Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities to ensure that facilities are fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage maintenance operations across multiple facilities.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce maintenance protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct routine inspections to pinpoint areas for enhancement and resolve maintenance challenges.
  • Collaborate with external contractors for project execution and repairs.
  • Maintain an inventory of necessary equipment, tools, and supplies for maintenance operations.
  • Supervise the maintenance of building management and communication systems.
  • Manage fire safety and emergency systems, including sprinklers, extinguishers, and emergency lighting.
  • Adhere to all safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols as per company guidelines.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Review and authorize facility-related invoices.
  • Establish and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee the installation and repair of electrical and HVAC systems.
  • Ensure high housekeeping standards are upheld throughout the facilities.
Management Responsibilities:

Educational Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment is essential, with familiarity in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities in electrical, plumbing, pneumatics, and hydraulics are required.
  • General carpentry skills are advantageous.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting and repair expertise are necessary.
  • Welding skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are required; ability to prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Quality Assurance Responsibilities:
  • Proactively initiate actions to prevent non-conformities related to products, processes, and quality systems.
  • Identify and document any issues concerning products, processes, and quality systems.
Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, employees will encounter standard office conditions and typical office equipment, including telephones, personal computers, reports, and files. Additionally, employees will be exposed to the usual conditions of a manufacturing environment. Regular activities will include sitting, talking, or listening, as well as standing, walking, using hands to manipulate objects, tools, or controls, and climbing or balancing. Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees will frequently lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 70 pounds. When working with machinery, employees will need to bend, stoop, and crouch regularly and will constantly move about to coordinate tasks. Regular duties will include setting up, adjusting, assembling, controlling, testing, and operating machinery.
