Our network comprises modern, patient-friendly clinics and skilled Doctors of Chiropractic committed to delivering exceptional care.

We are currently seeking part-time Reception Coordinators to join our dynamic chiropractic clinic. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet patients and foster relationships.
  • Inform patients about wellness services and offerings.
  • Share personal experiences related to chiropractic care.
  • Utilize sales techniques to guide patients towards the most suitable Wellness Plan or Visit Package based on their treatment needs.
  • Process transactions accurately using point of sale software, ensuring patient accounts are up-to-date.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary documentation.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives to attract new patients to our clinic.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, maintaining cleanliness and adequate inventory.
  • Organize patient flow through the clinic efficiently.
  • Adhere to The Joint Chiropractic's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain professionalism and decorum consistently.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Manage incoming clinic phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Positive and cheerful demeanor.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including computers, scanners, and phone systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality service.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code.
  • Confidence in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is a plus.
  • Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • *Bilingual skills are essential for certain clinics.*
