Our primary focus is to guide our patients towards improved health through ongoing chiropractic maintenance and preventive care.

Position Overview:

We are seeking part-time Reception Coordinators to join our dynamic chiropractic clinic. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for presenting our various wellness plans and packages to new patients, enabling them to pursue their chiropractic care with us at the most competitive rates. Additionally, maintaining accurate patient records, mastering our computer systems, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace will be essential for your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients with enthusiasm and foster relationships.
  • Inform patients about wellness services and offerings.
  • Share personal experiences related to chiropractic care.
  • Utilize sales skills to recommend the most suitable Wellness Plan or Visit Package based on the patient's treatment needs.
  • Process transactions using point of sale software, ensuring patient accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork.
  • Engage in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring cleanliness and inventory management.
  • Facilitate patient flow through the clinic in an organized manner.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures of The Joint Chiropractic.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain professionalism and decorum consistently.
  • Contribute positively to the workplace culture as a team player.
  • Manage incoming clinic phone calls.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Positive and cheerful demeanor.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, including computers, scanners, faxes, and phone systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean clinic and organized workspace.
  • Dedication to providing high-quality service.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code.
  • Confidence in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Experience in office management or marketing is a plus.
  • Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Bi-lingual skills are mandatory for some clinics.
