- Sales and Service: Present needed services following the Mr. Tire selling process, responsible for the organization and productivity of the service business through estimate and invoice transactions.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist with various aspects of customer care, work order completion, and register assistance, as well as facility maintenance and outside purchase ordering.
- Opening and Closing Responsibilities: Serve as a secondary key carrier, responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities.
- Cash Handling and Customer Service: Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies, and work with management to react to customer service issues and business opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate all products and services offered by Mr. Tire to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with management to produce a safe and healthy work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of sales experience needed, with one year of related experience in the automotive service environment preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, able to accurately write sales work orders and effectively explain services to customers, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
