  • Verify patient insurance and pre-certify exams with insurance companies
  • Obtain insurance authorization and handle release of information requests
  • Schedule appointments and referrals, ensuring proper authorizations are obtained
  • Maintain accurate databases and records of patient information
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Proficient with using computer systems and typing
