Job Overview

• Ensure our brands are showcased and represented effectively in retail stores, adhering to our brand standards.

• Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and local distributor sales teams to achieve sales and merchandising goals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, prioritizing their needs and preferences.

• Communicate effectively with the Area Manager and distributor teams to ensure our portfolio remains a top priority.

• Identify opportunities to expand our business by gaining new points of distribution for company innovation.

• Possess a strong understanding of retail chain business operations.

• Represent Atomic Brands at retail tastings and events.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Effective selling and presentation skills are essential.

• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to accounts and business expansion.

• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Professional demeanor when interacting with coworkers, distributors, retail reps, and consumers.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• Some evening and weekend work required.

• Travel, as needed.

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds.

Preferred Skills

• College degree.

• Experience in beverage sales or merchandising.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000, plus a monthly bonus, car allowance, cell phone allowance, and benefits.
