**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join our team at Affinity Executive Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our tax team and providing expert advice on international taxation matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on international taxation matters, including subpart F, GILTI, PFIC, foreign tax credit calculation, and income tax treaty.
- Client Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their tax needs are met.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our tax practice.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the tax team has the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
- Experience: At least five to seven years' experience in public accounting, demonstrating a proven progression in tax complexity, scope, and research.
- International Tax Experience: International consulting and compliance experience, including familiarity with US domestic and international tax compliance forms for HNW individuals, passthrough entities, and corporations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting required, Master's degree in taxation preferred. Current and valid certified public accountant's license or JD required.
