Job Overview

NW Employment Solutions is collaborating with a reputable Roofing Contractor seeking skilled Outside Sales Representatives. This role offers a competitive salary structure along with commission opportunities.

Compensation: $50,000 annually plus commission
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, builders, and contractors through consistent outreach.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients, generating leads through strategic prospecting and market analysis.
  • Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to inform clients about our offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Work closely with installation and customer service teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated success in outside sales, ideally within the construction or home improvement sector.
  • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology for sales tracking and management.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
