Customer Service Representative - Self Storage Mgr

Public Storage is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily office tasks, and maintaining the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess customer storage needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Manage daily office tasks, including cash handling and inventory management
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections and ensure spaces are ready to rent
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
