Christie Clinic's Radiology Department is seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of ultrasound procedures to produce high-quality images for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, testicular, breast, thyroid, vascular, and soft tissue examinations
- Assist radiologists in special scans, such as cyst aspirations, biopsies, and drainages
- Ensure proper patient care and safety protocols are followed
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
- Current or working on registration by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in physics
- Abdomen, Breast, and Vascular certifications preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
