Work Schedule Options:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents and visitors upon their arrival, offering assistance as necessary.
  • Bid farewell to departing guests and accurately record their details in the system.
  • Maintain positive communication at all times.
  • Answer incoming calls with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Immediately inform the Office Manager of any incidents or unusual situations that may pose a risk to individuals or if an emergency arises.
  • Manage traffic flow safely and efficiently.
  • Alert the office regarding supply needs, cash requirements, maintenance issues, or other concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Prior experience in security is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Dependability and reliability are essential traits.
