The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code at all times.
  • Accurately manage personal cash drawer and balance it regularly.
  • Work to understand the Point of Sales system and complete sales effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, including cleaning, straightening, hanging, and restocking merchandise as needed.
  • Greet customers warmly and offer assistance when needed.
  • Follow all Salvation Army policies regarding the sale of merchandise.
  • Keep the floor stocked and put new merchandise out to meet production goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
