We are seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health in Provo, Utah.

As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day functions of the organization. This includes recruitment, retention, and other related HR functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, including updating job postings, screening questions, offer letter templates, and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Processing recruitment requests and posting jobs to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds
  • Collecting and screening job applications, and coordinating with hiring managers to select qualified candidates
  • Attending career fairs and events to promote employment opportunities and educate the community about Wasatch Behavioral Health
  • Creating and sending offer letters to selected candidates, and maintaining applicant and EEO data

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general office practices and procedures, as well as experience working with software applications such as word processing and spreadsheet programs.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Preference will be given to individuals with lived experience as an under-represented minority and/or significant passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion activities.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include Utah Retirement Systems (Pension & 401K options), Public Employee Health Plan Medical and Dental Insurance, Employer Provided Health Savings Account (HSA) Contributions, 12 Paid Annual Holidays, Generous leave time (PTO), Company Paid Life, Short & Long Term Disability Insurance, Vision Benefits Plan, and Scheduled Annual Pay Increases.
