About the Job:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians in executing scheduled and emergency work
  • Create and manage schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve business objectives

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of education beyond high school preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
