Job Summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our branch team and drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the branch, leading sales, service, and operations, and coaching team members to achieve budgeted production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead Sales and Service: Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new business opportunities and developing plans to pursue them.
  • Manage Branch Budget: Oversee the branch budget, ensuring that expenses are managed effectively and that the branch is operating within budget.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends and developments, applying that knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience in a Goal-Driven Retail Sales Leadership Role: Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Required.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
