Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $14.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with a 3% company match.

Responsibilities

As a Personal Development Assistant, you will provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with their daily needs and helping them achieve their personal goals. You will also work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence and empowerment.

What We're Looking For
  • You must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
