As an Investment Consultant (IC) at Charles Schwab, you will embark on a journey of learning and development within our Branch Network, starting from the ground level.

This position serves as an entry point towards becoming a Financial Consultant (FC) at Schwab, providing essential exposure and experience needed to thrive in this dynamic field.

You will gain insights into building a client portfolio through proactive outreach to existing Schwab clients, identifying opportunities through needs-based assessments, and presenting suitable products and solutions.

Additionally, you will have the chance to observe our experienced FCs, learning how to deliver exceptional value and service through collaboration and mentorship.

What You Have

Required Qualifications:
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required (this license may be obtained as a condition of employment through the Branch Network Licensing Program).
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required (this license may be obtained as a condition of employment).
- A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (this may be obtained as a condition of employment).

Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Ability to leverage business development skills.
- A strong desire to gain knowledge of brokerage and banking products and services.
- Willingness to cultivate strong client relationships.
