Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Financial Services team at Walmart. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the roadmap and execution plan for our directed spend platform, leveraging our massive worldwide footprint to create an omni experience that meets our customers where they are.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that drives growth across our entire product line
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that grow revenue, cut costs, and maximize customer retention
  • Articulate the value of each new experience relative to customer experience vs. opportunity cost
  • Own writing all detailed product requirements and designing user flows
  • Own the stand-ups and scrum process
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager in the Payments interacting with microservices and APIs
  • Superb writer with exceptional design presentation skills
  • Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of what you are building
  • Deep attention to detail
  • Ability to build consensus by selling your vision and aligning everyone

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Supervisory experience
  • We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
