Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Grow Ohio, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain the company's brand identity, including visual brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot.
  • Experience with social media marketing platforms, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
