Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical, intensive care, and emergency departments. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Delegate tasks and activities to other healthcare professionals as appropriate
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Diploma in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, or higher
- Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
