Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • One year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the ICU
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • Advanced certification in critical care nursing, such as CCRN, preferred
