- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- One year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the ICU
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Advanced certification in critical care nursing, such as CCRN, preferred
