About the PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ole Miss Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering our warm, delicious cookies to our fans throughout the area.
Key Responsibilities- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
- Diligently deliver our cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
- Utilize Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
- Valid driver's license and car insurance.
- Familiarity with the local area is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
