About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing complex diagnostic and calibration tasks on a variety of vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Perform mobile services, including ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and repair of electrical systems.
  • Interact with customers to identify and communicate ADAS calibrations and other services.
  • Send service documentation to the billing department via communication platforms.
  • Assist subordinate team members with difficult tasks and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Meet daily or weekly production quotas and complete miscellaneous duties as assigned by the dispatching team.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in servicing and diagnosing all automotive systems.
  • Strong technological skills, including Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Continuous learner, seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge for maximum career progression.
  • Ability to remain productive in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments.
