  • Vehicle Delivery: Safely deliver vehicles to customers' doors using our custom car haulers, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure they are safe to drive and meet our high standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete customer paperwork and update our customer tracking system with accurate and thorough notes.
  • Driving and Safety: Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading and unloading vehicles, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Driving Record: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to pass a DOT Medical Card and background check.
