About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Expert to join our team at Baker Hughes Holdings LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality project solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply a wide range of reliability techniques to diverse industries and client organizations.
  • Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective reliability methods and approaches.
  • Lead by example, creating multiple options to achieve optimal outcomes and demonstrating behaviors that enhance team success.
  • Engage effectively in business development, understanding client needs and identifying optimal solutions.
Requirements
  • 5 years of industry experience in maintenance/reliability roles, with application of reliability methods and techniques.
  • Experience in data analysis, including extraction from various data sources and summarizing data into conclusions.
  • Project management skills, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Experience in managing and coaching teams, preparing professional presentations, and leading multi-disciplined groups.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, data analysis applications, and maintenance control databases.
