Job Opportunity

Abria Detox is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor patient status and report concerns to supervisors and medical directors
  • Administer medications and manage withdrawal regimes
  • Conduct medical assessments and alert physicians to significant changes in patient status
  • Coordinate with the Medical Director on medical orders, patient transfers, and incidents
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in Minnesota with no disciplinary actions
  • Two years of sobriety and a statement attesting to that fact
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Knowledge of addiction, co-occurring mental health disorders, and withdrawal symptoms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in detox, addiction, and behavioral health
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Certification in Addictions Nursing (CARN)
Shifts

Available shifts include:

  • Wednesday: 3rd shift
  • Thursday: 1st shift
  • Friday: 2nd & 3 shift
  • Saturday: 1st & 2nd shift (12's)
  • Sunday: 2nd shift (12's)
