Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing maintenance tasks across various hotel facilities, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Executing painting and surface preparation using appropriate techniques and materials.
  • Conducting repairs and maintenance on drywall, ceilings, and other structures.
  • Assessing and measuring areas for necessary repairs.
  • Maintaining and repairing various surfaces, including caulking, grouting, and masonry work.
  • Utilizing strong troubleshooting skills to address maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in the hospitality sector.
