Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing maintenance tasks across various hotel facilities, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Executing painting and surface preparation using appropriate techniques and materials.
- Conducting repairs and maintenance on drywall, ceilings, and other structures.
- Assessing and measuring areas for necessary repairs.
- Maintaining and repairing various surfaces, including caulking, grouting, and masonry work.
- Utilizing strong troubleshooting skills to address maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics as needed.
