Inpatient Care Physician

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and board-eligible/board-certified physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to fill a full-time hospitalist role. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a focus on patient care.
Work Schedule:
This role features a structured 7 on/7 off schedule with 10-hour shifts, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. Enjoy a manageable patient load without the demands of after-hours calls, ICU responsibilities, or formal involvement in the Code Team.
Procedural Opportunities:
While performing procedures is not a requirement, we encourage those interested to pursue credentialing and privileges for such tasks.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive salary package that includes quarterly productivity bonuses, a starting bonus, a retention bonus, and a paid relocation and moving allowance.
