Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient care under the supervision of licensed therapists, adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Manage the ordering and inventory of office supplies in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with facility policies.
  • Prepare and track necessary forms for physician signatures, ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of returned documentation for accuracy and compliance, notifying the Therapy Care Navigator as needed.
  • Ensure all records are accurately maintained and up-to-date through proper documentation management.
  • Review treatment reports and documentation for accuracy under the supervision of the Therapy Care Navigator.
  • Participate in meetings as directed, providing clear communication of relevant information to the team.
  • Conduct regular checks of equipment and notify the Therapy Care Navigator of any deficiencies.
  • Maintain cleanliness in treatment and office areas, following established protocols.
  • Represent TMC in a professional manner, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with all staff members.
  • Manage scheduling for treatments and staff, ensuring adequate coverage as needed.
  • Review and approve time sheets in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Preferred: Nurses Aide Certification or equivalent training with experience in rehabilitation.
  • Ability to complete company training and assessments successfully.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to TMC's values and mission.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
