Position Overview
This is a remarkable opportunity to become part of a vibrant and influential team within Adobe Digital Media Sales Velocity.
We are in search of a versatile and driven Multi-Solution Architect who will collaborate with presales and product teams to design cutting-edge custom demonstrations and proof of concepts (PoCs) that highlight the value of the rapid innovations propelled by Firefly Services, Adobe Express, and GenAI.
The team specializes in delivering expert skills in crafting innovative, reusable demos, hands-on labs, and proof of concepts aimed at delighting enterprise clients and expediting sales cycles by securing technical victories.
This team is at the forefront of enabling brands to radically change how content is created, delivering hyper-personalized experiences through the power of generative AI and automation.

The Role
As generative AI rapidly gains traction and reveals its transformative potential, the Multi-Solution Architect must possess extensive knowledge in creative productivity workflows and enterprise architecture, which are crucial for designing solutions, formulating architectures, and developing strategic roadmaps.
The Multi-Solution Architect will engage with some of the most prestigious brands while collaborating with Adobe colleagues at various levels to address customer requirements with state-of-the-art solutions and technologies.
Demonstrate leadership with clients and internal product teams as a trusted authority in our Firefly Services and associated product strategies.
This role is centered on defining architectures for PoCs that will be utilized by solution consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Define tailored solution architectures and roadmaps to create a scalable platform for delivering reusable custom and industry-specific demos that integrate various Adobe Digital Media products and services.
- Present and advocate solutions to executive and senior leadership teams, both within Adobe and to clients.
- Recommend enhancements or modifications to future technology roadmaps across the organization based on research, evaluation of emerging technologies, and analysis of industry trends.
- Identify best practices and technological capabilities necessary to harness the potential of Firefly Services and related Adobe products.
- Proactively foresee future technology requirements and effectively communicate them within the organization to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with key presales stakeholders and the Sales Velocity and product teams, providing technical expertise that translates customer needs into capabilities.
- Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmaps, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
- Establish governance and operational models that align with Adobe's technological vision and strategic objectives.
