Quality Auditor 1st Shift

At Flex-N-Gate, we're committed to excellence in quality and safety. As a Quality Auditor 1st Shift, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform part destruct testing to identify potential quality issues
  • Conduct SPC readings on check fixtures to monitor process performance
  • Assist in the collection and identification of non-conforming parts
  • Perform layered process audits to ensure compliance with quality procedures
  • Inspect parts staged for shipment to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Inspect incoming purchased product and record data to track quality trends
  • Inspect received steel to ensure it meets quality requirements
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of quality systems and procedures
  • Previous experience with quality tools such as CMM, calipers, and micrometers
  • Previous experience with blueprint reading
  • Computer skills and ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds repetitively during shift
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
