The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to engage with people from all over the world. As a detail-oriented individual, they will ensure proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established. They will also assist other departments with necessary information and maintain house bank. This role serves the key hours where service is of utmost importance, typically from 11pm to 7am. The estimated salary for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience. Key responsibilities include:
  • Help guests discover their 'Wanderlust' experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
