About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging individual to join our Guest Services team as a hotel Shuttle Driver at Black Rock Mountain Resort. Located in Heber City, Utah, this picturesque resort offers a perfect balance of work and play amidst breathtaking landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a warm welcome, opening doors, and assisting with luggage.
  • Be knowledgeable about the local area, including traffic patterns, directions, and attractions, to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and operation of the shuttle, reporting any issues to the manager.
  • Assist guests in securing alternative transportation as needed.

You will be working collaboratively with other attendants to ensure each guest has a seamless and memorable experience. Your role requires being proactive, flexible, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
