The Software Solutions Specialist at Taghleef Industries is responsible for delivering primary functional solutions and support for multiple business applications. This role involves understanding business processes, end-user requirements, and detailed knowledge of purchased or in-house developed applications.

This position requires analyzing current processes and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity. The specialist must also understand integration implications with all functional areas and provide secondary functional leadership for multiple business applications.

Key responsibilities include resolving Tier 2 user system problems, generating functional specifications, and performing acceptance testing of new or enhanced applications. The specialist must also assist project leaders with feasibility studies, scope of projects, and prioritization of project deliverables.

Additionally, the Software Solutions Specialist will create detailed business requirement documentation, provide analytical support to functional areas, and participate in acceptance testing and full process testing. They will also provide end-user training and be responsible for creating end-user and system documentation for applications.

Requirements for this role include effective participation in a team environment, learning and applying Taghleef development methodologies, and maintaining professional communications with all levels of the organization.
