We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Caregiver Assistant to provide top-notch care and support to seniors in their homes throughout the Tempe area, including Chandler, Mesa, Ahwatukee, Laveen, South/Central/North Phoenix, and South Scottsdale.

As a Home Caregiver Assistant with Always Best Care Tempe, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing medication reminders and assisting with light housekeeping
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Accompanying clients on outings and providing transportation

For this position, we require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
