Dishwasher Steward

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher Steward to join our team at Martin Resorts. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans in the hotel.
- Equipment Operation: Operate all equipment assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inventory Management: Take inventories of china, silverware, and glassware.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of all kitchens and food preparation areas, including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, preparation slicers, steam kettles, tables, and floors.
- Food Safety and Chemical Safety: Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards while performing job duties, and follow all chemical safety standards while performing job duties.
- Supervisory Support: Carry out supervisor requests in accordance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
- End-of-Shift Duties: Complete end-of-shift duties.
- Additional Duties: Actively prepared to complete side work or other duties as necessary or as assigned.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience as a busser preferred.
- Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist guests, stand for extended periods of time, hear, understand, and communicate orally and in writing, bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel, ascend and descend a ladder.
