Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Boomi Flow and Boomi B2B, with a preference for those who also have domain expertise in Payer.

This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required.

About the Role
  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Boomi Flow and Boomi B2B.
  • Oversee the integration of various systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of technology solutions to meet future business needs.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps to guide future investments and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Possess extensive experience in Boomi Flow and Boomi B2B.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Show a deep understanding of system integration and data flow processes.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technology solutions.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Preferably have domain expertise in Payer to better understand industry-specific challenges.
  • Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Have a solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Preferably have experience in a hybrid work model to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Resource should have Boomi + UKG Pro WFM experience in creating and mapping the API's, building pipelines.
  • UKG Boomi Integration Empowerment certification is must. (Candidate will be given time to share the certificate within 30 days of onboarding)
What We Offer
  • An estimated annual salary between $100,000 to $132,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
