Position Summary:
As a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Main Duties:
- High-pressure washing of kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
- Effective setup and dismantling of job sites and equipment.
- Performing tasks autonomously without direct oversight.
- Maintaining and managing tools and equipment, reporting any issues.
- Ensure the safe and efficient installation and upkeep of fire safety equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Comply with industry standards and guidelines.
- Engage in ongoing safety training to uphold a high level of awareness and readiness.
- Address on-site challenges and propose solutions for improvement.
- Capable of climbing ladders to access rooftops of commercial buildings.
- Ability to squat, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. over a distance of at least 100 feet.
- Able to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail while working efficiently.
