Job Title: Industrial Sports Medicine Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Sports Medicine Professional to join our team at Briotix Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing on-site services at various locations, creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and conducting musculoskeletal screens and early discomfort management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site services at 7 locations: Rochester, Churchville, West Henrietta, Newark, and Macedon, NY
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Conduct musculoskeletal screens and provide early discomfort management
  • Real-time ergonomic evaluations and body mechanic coaching
  • Deliver customized education and training presentations
  • Conduct post-offer employment testing, physical demands analysis, and other client-specific assessments
  • Accurate and timely electronic documentation and support of client-specific reports
Requirements:
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care
  • Education in athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or related field
  • Appropriate certifications and/or state license in good standing required
  • Must meet the physical demands of on-site work needs; ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, sitting, and/or squatting
  • 1-2 years of industrial/occupational experience in injury prevention or ergonomics preferred but not required
  • Ergonomic certification or training preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record
